The Account Management page is your central hub for managing your Screencastify Account. From here, you can easily review and update your subscription, manage user access and permissions, and customize your account settings to fit your team's needs.
This article will walk you through the different parts of the Account Management page!
Subscription Page
The Subscription page provides a complete view of your account tier, billing timeline, and seat capacity:
Plan Details: Review your current subscription plan, account role, billing cycle, and total purchased seats.
Add-Ons: Explore and activate optional add-on features (such as Transform or Submit AI).
Your Next Bill: See your upcoming billing date and automatic renewal details.
Your Billing Details: Update your payment method or billing address, and view past invoices.
Seat Management: Keep track of your remaining seat count in the top right corner, or select Get More Seats whenever you need to expand your team.
On this page, you can purchase more seats, cancel or reactivate your subscription, update your billing information, and view past invoices!
People Page
The Users page is where you can manage all of the users on your account. There are 3 ways you will be able to add users to your license:
A user will be listed as 'Pending' until they log in with their assigned email. Once they sign in, they will have 'claimed' their license and their status will be set to 'Active'.
You can also perform the following actions in the license table itself:
- Search
- Invites users
- Filter by role (Member, Student, Admin, All)
- Sort/Order alphabetically by each column header (Email, Role, Status)
- Bulk actions for deleting or changing roles
- Show/Hide pending invites
Settings
The Settings page allows organization admins to manage high-level account configurations, integrations, administrative permissions, and developer tools.
Here is what you can configure on the Settings page:
Account Name: View and edit your organization's display name.
Account Type: Update your account classification (e.g., Education), which applies to all users under your account.
Premium Library (YouTube EDU): Toggle access to allow teachers to import videos from Premium Libraries directly into Screencastify.
LMS Integrations: Connect Screencastify with supported Learning Management Systems (such as Canvas Gradebook and Schoology Gradebook) to automatically sync grades.
Rostering: View ClassLink Roster Sync settings to manage class and roster synchronization.
Admin Permissions: Enable or disable the option for admins to modify the subscription using existing billing information.
MCP Server Credentials & OAuth Clients: Manage developer credentials and create OAuth clients to connect external tools to the Screencastify API server.
