Signing out and back in to the extension is a good way to refresh your account and bypass any potential account-related issues. You can sign out and back into the extension by following the steps below:
- Click on the pinned Screencastify Extension at the top-right corner of your Google Chrome window.
- Select the Menu (the three horizontal lines) at the top-left of the extension pop-up.
- Select "Sign Out".
- Then click "Sign In".
