Question: How do I change the email address associated with my account?
Answer: You can change the email address associated with your account by emailing support@screencastify.com.
NOTE: Your videos will not transfer over to the new email address.
Before we change your email you can:
- Save your recordings
- Re-import them into your new Screencastify account
If you want to change the email address associated with your account let us know by reaching out to support@screencastify.com.
If you wish to save your recordings you can:

Export them to your computer before we change your email address.
- This is the most permanent way to make sure your videos are saved
- Share them from your previous Google Drive to your new one.
- If your original Google Account is deleted this option will not save the recordings permanently.
If you wish to see your videos on the My Videos Dashboard of your new account you can:
- Re-import them into Screencastify through the editor or the My Videos Dashboard
