Question: How do I create a Submit topic link?

Answer: You can create a Submit topic by clicking on the Create a Topic button on your Submit Dashboard.

1. Head to your Submit Dashboard.
2. Click on the blue Create a Topic button.
3. Complete the required fields:
   • Topic Title
   • Recording Type (Screen + Webcam recording, Webcam recording only, Screen recording only, Audio recording only, or Submitter's choice)
   • Submission Destination (Castify or Google Classroom)
   • Settings
     • Link Privacy (Anyone with the link or Anyone in my domain)
     • Submitter Tracking (Require sign-in, Require name entry, or Require name and email entry)
     • Video Privacy (Submitters cannot view any videos, Submitters can view their own videos, or Submitters can view all videos)
4. Complete the optional fields, if desired:
   • Submit instructions
   • Recording limit
   • Points
   • Learning standard
   • Rubric
   • AI Features
   • Due date
   • Email Notifications
5. Click the green Create & Share button in the top right corner of the window.
