Question: Can I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Answer: No, we do not offer refunds. From our 'Terms of Use' page: We offer free subscription plans and paid subscriptions that allow you to use the Services in different ways. From time to time the Service’s features may change, including withdrawing or adding new features as well as changing the price. You may upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our website, in My Account > Billing. Please note that full or pro-rated refunds will not be issued.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can turn off the auto-renew. You will not be charged again for your subscription and it will automatically cancel at the end of your term. Here's how to turn off the auto-renew for your subscription:
- Visit your account page
- At the bottom it will say 'Cancel Subscription'
- To turn off auto-renew, click Yes, Cancel
- This ensures that your subscription will NOT renew at the end of your term but does not fully cancel your account.
NOTE: Turning off this feature does not fully cancel your account, it will just ensure your subscription does not renew on your auto-renewal date.
