When deleting videos from Google Drive, you may notice they are not automatically removed from the My Videos Dashboard or that the video count is incorrect. If this occurs, you may be experiencing a syncing issue. Please follow the steps below to resync your videos between Google Drive and Screencastify.
- Go to My Videos
- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Sync Videos':
- After a few seconds, you should start to see these videos being removed from the My Videos Dashboard
