Answer: You can access Submit from your My Videos page

To access Submit:

1. Click on the Screencastify extension in the top right corner of your Google Chrome window 
2. Click on the Menu 
3. Select "My Videos"
4. Select "Submit" from the dashboard on the left side of your Chrome window
