Navigating the My Videos Page Shortcuts

Your 'My Videos' page contains a few shortcuts that you can utilize for your videos! These shortcuts make it easier to navigate to the specific tool you'd like to use. Below are the shortcuts you can utilize:

Copy Share Link

Edit Video

Interactive Questions

View Viewers

Rename Video

Copy Share Link

You can easily copy the share link for your video from the 'My Videos' page instead of opening the video and navigating to the Video Management page for that video. When the share link is copied, unless you have set different share settings, the default will be 'Anyone with the Link' and 'By Email'. Below is a quick walkthrough of copying the share link from the 'My Videos' page:

1. Navigate to your 'My Videos' page
2. Click on the 3 dot menu for the video you wish to copy the link for
3. Click on 'Copy Share Link'
4. You will see the button grey out and state 'Enabling Link Sharing'
5. When the link is copied, you will see a notification confirming the link was successfully copied
6. You can then share that link with your viewers

Edit Video

If you'd like, you can open the Editor from the 'My Videos' page! Here's how:

1. Navigate to your 'My Videos' page
2. Click on the 3 dot menu for the video you wish to open in the editor
3. Click on 'Edit Video'
4. This will open the editor in a new tab with your video loaded in and ready!

Interactive Questions

From your 'My Videos' page, you can easily navigate to the Interactive Questions page for that video! Here's a quick walkthrough:

1. Navigate to your 'My Videos' page
2. Click on the 3 dot menu for the video you wish to open Interactive Questions for
3. If the video does not yet have questions added, you will see the option to click on 'Interactive Questions.
   
   
4. If the video DOES have questions added, you will see the option to click on 'Edit Questions'. 
   
5. Clicking either will bring you to the Interactive Questions page where you can either add questions to a video or edit questions on the video if ones have already been added.

If Interactive Questions have already been added, and you've received responses to those questions, you can also navigate to the 'Responses' view from your 'My Videos' page! Here's how:

1. Navigate to your 'My Videos' page
2. Click on the 3 dot menu for the video you wish to view responses for
3. Click on 'View Responses'
4. This will take you to the 'All Responses' page for that video!

View Viewers

You can easily check on your viewers data from the 'My Videos' page for your videos! Here's how:

1. Navigate to your 'My Videos' page
2. Click on the 3 dot menu for the video you wish to view your viewer data for. Note that the video will show, at a glance, how many viewers have watched the video. If this is not noted on the video thumbnail, you do not yet have viewers for that video and no viewer data will be available.
   
3. Click on 'View Viewers'
4. A pop-up window will open showing you the viewer data for that video!

Rename Video

If you'd like quickly rename your video, you can easily do this on the 'My Videos' page instead of needing to navigate to the Video Management page for that video. Below is a quick walkthrough on how to do that:

1. Navigate to your 'My Videos' page
2. Click on the 3 dot menu for the video you'd like to rename
3. Click on 'Rename Video'
4. This will open a pop-up window where you can type in the new name for your video
5. Once completed, click on 'Save'. If you don't want to change the name, you can click 'Cancel' to close the pop-up window
6. You will see greyed out text indicating 'Renaming...'
7. Once it's complete, the pop-up window will close and you will see the video title change
