1. During your recording, click on the pause button on the toolbar to pause the recording
2. To resume the recording, click on the play button

1. During your recording, click on the Screencastify extension in the top right corner of your Chrome window
2. Click on the pause button to pause your recording
3. To resume the recording, click on the play button
