lose original video when using editor?

Greetings,  I am worried about losing my original video.  When I start editing the video in "Editor" mode, do I still have my original full video in "my videos"? Thanks!

  When you import a video in to the Editor, what you are editing is actually a copy of the original video. The full original video will still be saved in "My Videos". Once you export the edited video from the Editor, you will have two versions - the original video and the edited video. 

  Please note, the above only applies to edits made in the Editor. If you trim your video from the Video Management Page, this will replace the video that is saved in My Videos and Google Drive so that you will only have the trimmed version remaining.
