Thrilled with support
Today I had issues getting my files to load. I found it super easy to submit a ticket for support. I immediately got a response email that had my solutions in it to solve the ticket myself. At first, I thought I had removed the extension and lost all my files. I cried for an hour, but then I realized the default is to auto save them to Drive, so when I added the extension back I cried tears of joy. THANK YOU for making the default a backup for me and for making this issue solve itself. I'm about to make a purchase for a paid account now.
