Recording Without a Video

I am brand new to Screencastify, so I apologize in advance if the answer to my question is something I should know.  Right now, I just want to make a voice recording for my students in which I pronounce vocabulary words for them to hear.  I don't need/want a video.  Is that possible?

  Hi Babara,

  What a great idea! 💡You can record a video and then export just the audio. Follow these steps:

  1. From the Video Page, click Export audio only under Download options. 
  2. An Exports Drawer will pop up on the bottom right of your screen. 
  3. When it's finished processing, a Download MP3 button will appear. Click that to download your .mp3.

  That sounds like such an awesome way to teach vocabulary!
