Screencastify - How can I record audio only or lift the audio only from a video?

I need to embed short audio tracks in slides.

  Hi Teresa,

  Sounds like a cool project! Sorry for the delay in our response. You can record a video and then export just the audio. Follow these steps:

  1. From the Video Page, click Export audio only under Download options. 
  2. An Exports Drawer will pop up on the bottom right of your screen. 
  3. When it's finished processing, a Download MP3 button will appear. Click that to download your .mp3.
