Edit videos needs the "add captions" and "export as GIF" features

When I'm trimming a video, I have to go to the "edit videos" page, but then when I finish editing and go back to "my videos" to add captions or export as a GIF, it only shows my pre-edited video.  The process takes about 3 times as long as it should.  PLEASE put the same features on "my videos" onto the "edit videos" page.
