The trouble with MACs makes me want to cancel my subscription

Whatever is happening with Screencastify's inability to make audio recording work with a MAC since updates makes me want to cancel this subscription. None of your proposed solutions works. I've tried them all to no avail. Very disappointing, having paid $84 for the subscription today.

Please offer some solutions that work.
