I want the ability to mask or blur out a section so that I can block out codes, student names, phone numbers and other secure data.

  Thanks so much for providing feedback! Currently, you can put your video into the Editor and use blur boxes or text boxes to block sensitive data. You can learn more here: How can I blur in the Editor?
