Feature Request and Product Feedback Post Template

We are launching a new way for your product feedback and feature requests to be heard by us! This format is meant to help our product and engineering teams get the most information from you to better understand and log your requests. This format is a requirement for all new posts to be logged and/or responded to by the team.

Template: 

TITLE: 

Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who is affected by this issue [ex. teachers, admins, students, etc.]. (2-3 sentences)

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your work? (3-4 sentences)

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

Example:

TITLE: Support other languages/characters in the Editor

I would like to be able to add text in other languages in the editor. This feature is currently affecting myself and my students because I am unable to use the language that I teach in the text box within edited videos (Chinese).

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

This ability would allow for ease of use for my most used editor tool.

This problem happens on a daily basis. This is critical for my work and processes.

Currently, I have no workaround. I use english characters only but this does not help my class/students.

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

I would like to see an option for multiple languages/characters to be supported in the editor text tool. It would be great if there was a drop down menu within the text box that you could select the language you wanted to use.
