Launching Extension Error
AnsweredI have used the app many times before. 6 weeks ago, I stopped being able to launch the app properly.
I click on the extension, and the tiny window that normally allows me to click record my screen etc. starts to load, then after half a second, it redirects me to a new tab in chrome that says "Sign in". I click sign in, and then a red box appears that says "failed to sign in. please check your network restrictive filters" of which I have no restrictive filters.
I have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas (uninstalling, clearing cache, etc..) nothing works... Has anyone had this problem?

I'm so sorry that's happening! It's possible that this is occurring because third party cookies are being blocked, or for a few other reasons. You can fix that by following the steps here: I get stuck when signing in to my account
