    Hi Nicola, 👋

    I believe an update will fix this issue. In order to immediately start using the most recent version of our extension (as opposed to waiting for it to update automatically in the background, which can take a few days), you’ll need to manually update your Chrome extensions. Here’s a short article and video that walks you through how to do that.

    Please note, If you attempt to export the exact same project as before you will still see the same issue. Please make a new cut somewhere in the project before exporting again. This won't change the video but it will trigger a new export process.
