Moving clips in my video

Although I have the premium Screencastify it won't seem to let me move clips around. I can cut them and delete them, but I can't seem to move them.  I've watched the tutorial and it seems that I should just be able to pick them up and move them. What am I doing wrong?

  Thank you for watching our tutorial video! I am sorry there seems to be some trouble moving the clips around. 😔Once the videos are clipped you should be able to drag and drop them just like in this article.
