Screencastify lists my webcam but it does not capture me at all.
AnsweredI have uninstalled Screencastify and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my webcam drivers. I have updated my drivers. My webcam is listed in Screencastify but when I try to record myself, I get sound but a completely black screen. I give up. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

If it doesn't work, that means that Chrome is unable to access your webcam in totality. When this is the case, you may need to check your system settings.
