Playback Resolution

When I view my recording in Screencastify, the video looks great.  When I share the link, it appears fuzzy for some and others it is more clear.  Doesn't really matter what their connection speeds are or time of day.  Any fixes I can do on my end to ensure the resolution is better on playback?  Thanks!

  Hi Rick,

  Google Drive and YouTube both process a lower resolution version of your video first (so that you can watch it faster). It can take up to 30 minutes for the higher-res version to be visible, depending on how big a file it is.
  
  If after this period your video is still blurry, it may be because the dimensions of your video were not scaled properly when being fit to make the size of their video player. We have a few suggestions on how to avoid that happening in this article.
