Troubleshooting technology issues can be difficult. Oftentimes, this support takes place over email, resulting in a lot of back and forth. A great way to streamline support is to create a support ticketing system with Submit. Create a screen recording assignment for tech support. Then when a teacher has a technology issue they can click on the assignment link and it will automatically record their screen allowing them to thoroughly explain the issue and you a way to properly see what the issue is.
