Clear your cache and cookies 🍪
⭐️ Copy and paste chrome://settings/clearBrowserData into a new Chrome tab and click Enter
⭐️ Make sure 'Browsing history', 'Cookies and other site data', and 'Cached images and files' are selected
⭐️ Click 'Clear data' 
Export using the opposite option (MP4 vs. Screencastify)

Make a new cut ✂️
⭐️ Make a new cut somewhere in the project
⭐️ Try exporting again
Note: This won't change the video but it will trigger a new export process.
Allow 3rd party cookies 🍪
⭐️ Copy and paste chrome://settings/cookies into a new tab, and press Enter
⭐️ Under General settings, click "Allow all cookies"
