Your Screencastify Account Dashboard: is where you can locate all of your account details, access our help center, integrate to Google Classroom and modify your account.

Now that we've gone through the Account Dashboard's menu, next, we will go over a few key components:

To Access your Account Dashboard, you can do this a few different ways:
First, you can click the Screencastify icon ()
(If you can't see that icon, click here.)
Upon doing that you will want to click on the hamburger lines:
After doing so, you will want to click on "My Subscription" - this will take you to your Account Dashboard.
Secondly, you can locate your Account Dashboard by simply clicking on or copy + pasting the below url in a new Chrome browser window:

What Subscription Do I Have? (Free vs Unlimited 🤔)
If you're wondering if you have Unlimited through your school or if you have one or more of our products (Record Unlimited, Edit Unlimited, or Submit Unlimited, for example) you can find this out on your Account Dashboard.
If when you click on the your dashboard and underneath subscriptions your products read "Managed By Another User" this means your school or district have provided a subscription for you.
If you click the Screencastify icon () and if you see "Go Unlimited" instead of "My Subscription" - this means you have only Recording Free with no other products. If you would like to upgrade to Record Unlimited, you will want to click on "Go Unlimited" and that will take you to our product page where you can purchase Unlimited from there:

Checking What Products You Have (Free vs Unlimited)
You can find out what products you have that are listed as Free Vs Unlimited on your Account Dashboard.
Once you click on the Subscription button you will see which of your products are listed with a price (which means you have that product already as Unlimited) or you will see the button prompt to "Go Unlimited," which means you have the Free version.
The only restriction of the Free Plan is each recording has a 5 minute limit-as long as you stay under that limit you can enjoy free access to all of the features we have to offer! 🥳 If you would like to make recordings longer than 5 minutes, we always offer educator discounts on Screencastify Unlimited Record, Edit, and Submit! Turn On & Off Google Classroom Integrations ✅
In order to use the Google Classroom Submit Integration, you will need to give permission for Screencastify to connect to your Google Classroom.
You'll find your integrations tab on your Account dashboard:
Navigate to the Integrations tab, and click on the button to turn on the integration. Once you click that button, a Google popup will ask you to choose which Google account you want to sync with Screencastify.

What Email Account Am I Synced To Screencastify With?
You can check to see which email address you are currently using with Screencastify by going to your Subscription page: https://app.screencastify.com/account/subscription.
Please make sure that your email address matches the one that you used to purchase Screencastify. If you are signed in with a different account, please sign out and sign back in using your Google account that matches the one you used to purchase Screencastify.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the email you're signed in to the extension with is the same one that you purchased your license with.

How Do I Sign Out From My Account Dashboard?
Once you are on your Account Dashboard, you can click on the bottom left button that reads sign out. In order to swiftly sign back in again, you will want to sign back in with Google. Upon doing so, you will be brought back to your Account Dashboard.
