You can manage your auto-renew settings from your account on our website.
NOTE: If auto-renew is turned on, we will always send you at least two reminder emails before your subscription renews and your credit card is charged.
Once you visit your account page in the Screencastify Dashboard, you will want to:
- Click on Subscription and upon doing that, look at your My Products section in the center of your page.
- On the far right, under "Manage", you'll see whether or not your license will Auto-renew for each product.
- To turn off auto-renew, click the slider next to "Auto-Renew" and confirm your choice in the popup window.
- To turn auto-renew on, click the slider next to "Auto-Renew" - toggling that to pink.
NOTE: If you visit your My Account page on your Screencastify Dashboard, you may see a message like the one below:
This message just means that you're not the owner of your license (your school or district is!). The important part is that you have Unlimited access to any products with a plan marked "Unlimited."
