Question: What do I do if one of my videos didn't upload?
Answer: There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to see if you can retrieve a specific video that didn't upload properly.
Sign out/Sign into the extension
Can you please sign out and then back into the extension (not the My Videos page) following the steps in this quick video?
Turn off Drive Sync/Retrieve the Video Locally
If that doesn't help, it's possible that this recording is saved locally and can be retrieved from local storage. Can you please try turning off Drive sync to see if this video appears locally on the old My Recordings page? Please see this video for steps on turning Drive sync off and back on. Please make sure you complete these steps on the same device used to record the video.
If the video is stored locally on the My Recordings page, you can open the video and download it to your computer. You can then click "Enable Autosave" to save this video to Google Drive/My Videos. Please see this video for a demonstration.
Sync Videos
Navigate to your 'My Videos' page and click on the 'Sync Videos' button at the bottom of the page. Once the sync is complete, the page will automatically refresh.
