Answer: You can edit a Google Classroom Topic from your Submit Dashboard.

1. Head to your Submit Dashboard
2. Click the three verticle dots to the right of the Google Classroom Topip you would like to edit
3. Choose the "Edit" option
4. Make your desired changes to the Topic
5. Click the "Save" button to finalize your edits
