If you see this message on your My Videos page when trying to open a video, there are a few different steps you can take to resolve this issue:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the extension

Please uninstall the Screencastify extension and then reinstall it.
Reset the extension
If you are unable to uninstall the extension because it is controlled by your organization, please reset the extension instead. Here's how:
- Copy and paste the link below in to a Chrome tab and click enter:
chrome-extension://mmeijimgabbpbgpdklnllpncmdofkcpn/app.html#/options?debug - Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Reset Extension'
- Click 'Reset'.
Here's a quick walkthrough of this process:
Enable the extension
- Navigate to chrome://extensions/
- Toggle on the Screencastify extension
- Return to My Videos and refresh the page
