Question: Why do I see the notification "Please make sure you're logged in to the extension?"
Answer: This message can occur when Screencastify is not properly synced with your Google Drive
To fix this issue please try:
- Signing out and then back into the extension:
- Here’s a quick video demonstrating how to do that. Make sure to follow the steps in that video exactly
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the extension:
- If you are unable to uninstall the extension because it is controlled by your organization, please reset the extension instead. Here's how:
- Copy and paste (do not click) the link below into a Chrome tab and click enter:
